Hanover formed partnerships to work with thousands of young people aged 15 - 24 every year |

Hanover worked with a broad range of young people: Gifted - those with potential to obtain A* grades and go far in their chosen university/career path. (Hanover was recommended under the Government's Gifted and Talented strand.) Average - the 80% of young people seen as neither particularly talented nor challenged - as a result often ineligible for programmes such as Hanover, which can show them ways to reach their full potential. Borderline - Hanover programmes made the difference to getting that vital pass grade in exams or being able to complete an apprenticeship scheme. Underachieving - those likely to fail exams or about to opt out of education, training or employment. At Risk - those at risk of being permanently excluded from school, about to leave care, or currently not in education, employment, or training (NEETs).
